Faena Group has joined forces with the legendary Italian automaker Alfa Romeo by rechristening its OMA-designed Faena Park building as Alfa Romeo Faena Park. This state-of-the-art parking structure, which now sports an Alfa Romeo emblem on the face of the building as part of a 1-year collaboration, is programmed with street level retail, three levels of parking and a penthouse event space with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding Faena District.

For Faena Group hotel guests, this partnership offers a chance to ride in the most powerful Alfa Romeo production car.

Guests can experience the streets of Miami Beach in the award-winning 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio SUV . Born from the world’s greatest driving road, the Stelvio Pass, the Alfa Romeo Stelvio is an SUV that could only be crafted in Italy.

Alfa Romeo is also aligning itself with Faena Art, Faena’s flagship nonprofit arts organization that houses and produces immersive cross-cultural creative experiences, for a variety of innovative and immersive cultural and artistic programming within the Faena District.

Faena Park is an exceptional architectural structure and state-of-the-art parking area for visitors and guests of the Faena District and one of the city’s most exceptional spaces. The 28,000-square foot structure features a mechanical system for maximum efficiency. Elevators transporting vehicles between levels are located on 35th Street, while the façade of Faena Park features angled perforations made of precast concrete, allowing for airflow throughout and for controlled views. The façade references tropical, modern architecture often found in South America that is designed to minimize heat. Faena Park is operated by valet and has capacity for 235 vehicles.
