A GOOD LUCK CHARM BECOMES LEGENDARY
It all began in 1923 w hen Ugo Sivocci won the Targa Florio while at the wheel of an Alfa Romeo RL, which bore a green four-leaf clover symbol that he had painted on a white diamond-shaped background. Unfortunately, Sivocci died in a tragic car accident just a few months later in a vehicle he was test-driving, which coincidentally was not adorned with his lucky quadrifoglio (Italian for four-leaf clover). From then on, Sivocci’s good luck charm became synonymous with our passion for motor racing: a tradition that has lasted decades.
